Recently Joe Rogan sat down with Chris Bell, a director, producer and writer, known for his documentaries “Bigger, Stronger, Faster*”, “Trophy Kids”, and “Prescription Thugs” and his latest project is on the controversy surrounding the plant Kratom.
Mitragyna speciosa Korth. (commonly known as kratom, also ketum), is a tropical evergreen tree in the coffee family (Rubiaceae) native to Southeast Asia in the Indochina and Malaysia phytochoria (botanical regions). M. speciosa is indigenous to Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia, Myanmar, and Papua New Guinea where it has been used in traditional medicine since at least the nineteenth century. Kratom has some opiate- and stimulant-like properties. Some people take it for managing chronic pain, or for treating opioid withdrawal symptoms. Onset of effects typically begins within 5 to 10 minutes and lasts 2 to 5 hours. -Wiki
Tried Kratom today for the 1st time. Ridiculous that this could become a schedule 1 drug. It has a VERY mild stimulant effect.

It is a very informative interview filled with lots of great information on kratom and you can watch it in it’s entirety below. If you’re looking for more information and/or a trustworthy and reputable kratom vendor, this is a vendor we don’t mind putting our name behind. The reviews on their Facebook page speak volumes.
